Wedding Videography Contract

We have agreed on a nonrefundable 25% down payment of $450 to secure the booking. Another 25% ($450) is to be paid on the day of the wedding. The remaining 50% ($900) is to be paid when video is delivered for a total of $1,800. The cancelation fee is an additional $100. I can be paid via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Check, cash, or Square Payment Link (3% fee). Meals will be provided for both videographers on the day of the wedding. We are contracted for a 7-9 hour shoot day. Clients are not allowed to re-edit or sell our content. Your Highlight Video will be delivered no later than 3 months from the date of the wedding.
