Wedding Videography Contract

We have agreed on a nonrefundable 25% down payment of $537.50 to secure the booking. Another 50% ($1,075) is to be paid on the day of the wedding. The remaining 25% ($537.50) is to be paid when videos are delivered for a total of $2,150. The cancelation fee is an additional $100. We can be paid via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Check, cash, or Square Payment Link (3% fee). Meals will be provided for both videographers on the day of the wedding. We are contracted for a 7-9 hour shoot day. Clients are not allowed to re-edit or sell our content. Your Highlight Video, Full Ceremony, and Speeches will be delivered no later than 5 months from the date of the wedding on a USB drive and as links for online viewing.
